The FNOB adopts the level of security measures stated in the Regulation of Security Measures approves by the Royal Decree de 1720/2007, of December 21st, by which the Regulation developing the Organic Law of December 13th, 1999 of Personal Data Protection is approved. Nevertheless, the technical security of the internet is not unassailable and filtrations due to others acting in bad faith.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice shall be governed by Spanish law. The courts and tribunals are only relevant in case of dispute concerning the interpretation, application and enforcement of the legal notice. The user, by accepting the conditions set forth above in this notice, expressly waive any other jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law, may correspond. In all cases, if the law allows the user to submit to a different jurisdiction, voluntarily recognizes the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Barcelona.
