El Cheminees Poujoulat ha entrado en los alisios del hemisferio norte. El viento del NE sigue siendo flojito, pero debería crecer a bonancible hoy conforme avancen más al Norte y al Noroeste. El Neutrogena y el GAES Centros Auditivos tienen vientos alisios del ENE/E. Este viento crecerá lentamente y rolará y les facilitará ángulos algo más abiertos y rápidos.

El We Are Water y el One Planet, One Ocean & Pharmaton continúan navegando con rumbo noreste, con un anticiclón extendiéndose hacia el Este hacia ellos. Encontrarán que el viento se vuelve un poco inestable hoy y avanzarán más lentos, pero mañana les debería llegar viento más fuerte. El Renault Captur dobló el cabo de Hornos justo por delante de viento de temporal duro del Oeste. Sigue siendo intenso para ellos, pero el viento debería amainar conforme naveguen rumbo noreste.

Solo en el Pacífico Sur ahora, el Spirit of Hungary está inmerso en fuerte viento del SO alrededor de una profunda borrasca localizada a su sudeste.

1)    Deep low pressure (962mb) near 58S/100W with a front wrapping out of 
the low to 58S/91W to 50S/95W to 43S/107W. Gale to possibly storm 
force SW’lies in the northwest quadrant of the low pressure back to 
120W and north to 46S.
2)    A weak ridge of high pressure along 75W west of Cape Horn moving east.
3)    Low pressure (961mb) near 58S/59W supporting storm force W’lies at 
Cape Horn, east to 53W at 55S.
4)    A high pressure ridge along the Argentinian coast from 43S to 50S.
5)    High pressure (1024mb) near 42S/38W. A N/NW flow around the western 
periphery of this high. 
6)    Low pressure (1002mb) off the southeast coast of Brazil centered near 
28S/44W. A zone of strong N’lies along the eastern side of this low 
east to 37W.
7)    At 30W, NE trade winds north of 33S, veering E north of 18S.
8)    A very narrow doldrums around 1S-2S, with NE trade winds north of the 
equator.

1)    High pressure (1020mb) near 43S/113W, with a ridge extending to the 
southwest near 51S/136W. 
2)    A deep low pressure (956mb) near 62S/90W embedded within a broad 
trough along 90W. A broad flow of strong SW winds west of the trough 
axis to 110W. NW/N flow extends east of the trough to Cape Horn, with 
some storm force winds along the coast off Punta Arena. 
3)    Weak high pressure (1014mb) will be near the Falkland Islands, with a 
ridge extending northeast to another high (1018mb) near 40S/42W. 
4)    Low pressure (979mnb) near South Georgia Island with a fresh SW flow 
between this low and high pressure to the north.
5)    Light winds under high pressure along 40S.
6)    A low pressure (1003mb) off the Brazilian coast near 30S/45W. 
7)    High pressure (1025mb) near 37S/15W. between the low pressure and high, 
N’ly winds north of 38S. 
8)    North of 30N, winds veer N/NE to E at 20S, with moderate trade winds 
extending to the doldrums at the Equator.
9)    North of the Equator, solid NE trade winds moderate in strength all 
the way to the Cape Verde Islands.
