The web www.barcelonaworldrace.org is the only official web site of the event non-stop, round-the-world yacht race for crews of two, organized by the Fundació per la Navegació Oceànica Barcelona, and contains the informative content and electronic forms that may be unloaded by the users to deal with the applications for inscription of the activities via telematics.
On this web site, the Fundació per la Navegació Oceànica Barcelona reports on all matters relating to the race and activities it performs.
The Fundació per la Navegació Oceànica Barcelona attempts to ensure that information is up to date and exact and, thus, it reserves the right to update the content of the web page and to eliminate material, as well as limiting and preventing access, either on a temporary or definitive basis, without prior notice.
Barcelona World Race is a trademark it’s us is strictly forbidden.

Exemption from liability for content
The Fundació per la Navegació Oceànica Barcelona cannot guarantee that access to the web and its content will be error free, or that this is fully updated, although it does make the necessary effort to avoid these and to amend or correct these as soon as possible, whenever they are notified.
The Fundació per la Navegació Oceànica Barcelona shall not be held liable, under any circumstance, for content, information or images that are not part of the actual web or managed by the Fundació per la Navegació Oceànica Barcelona, or for damages or losses that might arise from knowledge by unauthorized third parties, notwithstanding the terms set forth in the laws in force.

The content and graphic elements that form part of the web site www.barcelonawroldrace.org distributed through it are the exclusive property of the Fundació per la Navegació Oceànica Barcelona its authors and they are considered protected works according to Legislative Royal Decree 1 / 1996, of 12 April, that approves the redrafted text of the Intellectual Property Act, and the international treaties signed on these matters will also be applicable.
Notwithstanding this, reproduction of the content of the barcelonawordlrace.org web site is authorized as long as the source is mentioned, and except if instructions to the contrary are given. In cases where prior authorization is required to reproduce or use textual data or multimedia (sounds, images, programs, etc.), that authorization will make void the general authorization mentioned above and the possible restrictions on use will be clearly indicated.

This information refers to the management modes of the web site of barcelonaworldrace.org on processing personal data.
It is information on the interconnections and web services of the Fundació per la Navegació Oceànica Barcelona that are accessible by telematic means at the URL www.barcelonaworldrace.org for the home page of the official site of the Barcelona World Race. This information refers to the race’s site and not to other web sites that may eventually be consulted by link.
a. Browsing data
During its normal operation, the browsing system and service required to operate this web site gathers some personal data for transmission of which the use of Internet communication protocols is implicit.
This is information that is not obtained to be linked to identify subjects, but which due to its nature might allow their identification during its preparation or association with third party data.

These rights may be exercised before Fundació per la Navegació Oceànica Barcelona (Article 7, Act 5 / 2002), at its head office at Calle Escar, 6-8, Barcelona.
