The Website Race Tracker
The Race Tracker allows you to track the boats permanently by following their GPS positions, which are updated every 30 minutes but transmitted to website every four hours.

Information on the ranking speed, heading and weather are also available, as well as other information on navigation, ecology, human beings and multimedia content (photos, video and audio archives).
Finally, it is possible to see historical course taken by each boat since the start of the race.

Daily video link with the skippers

Each day at 11am UTC +1 (the exact time - may vary – but is displayed on the homepage of the site), you visit the site to join the skippers for a video conference, hosted by our journalists. The sailors will take questions from journalists and some of yours in video or radio chats.
Just click on "live" on the home page during the broadcast to follow it

Television coverage by BWR TV
Barcelona World Race TV offers full coverage from pre-strart to the last finishers. All action. The host broadcaster of the BWR, composed of TVE / TV3 and S + V - APP provides an intenational signal free of rights to broadcasters who request it.

All broadcasters are provided with daily summaries of interviews and images customized - for those who request it - on the official FTP of BWR. In addition, a daily "flash" of 2 minutes is available in several languages.

At the daily news summaries are added the weekly ones (which include excerpts of interviews and images sent via satellite to broadcasters and published on the ftp) and a 10 minute edited program. The latter can be customized for broadcasters who request it.
And finally, six programs of 26 minutes conducted in several languages summarize the BWR 2010-2011 from beginning to end.
