Peróxidos Farmacéuticos was established in 1977 as a continuation of the pharmaceutical business of Foret SA and the consequence of the Foret family’s sale of the majority of the capital of Foret SA to the American multinational FMC. In 1985, it took over distribution in Spain of the healthcare division of the Japanese company Omron Tateisi Electronics Co. and launched the first digital electronic clinical thermometer in the Spanish market. Mussvital, Omron, etc. are well-known products from this group.
