Nova Bocana SA

Nova Bocana SA is the business in charge of the building works of a new leisure and food area located in the Barcelona port area, next to hotel W. The building boasts some great sea views and plenty of natural light. It was built by the architect Ricardo Bofill. The company has the support of the following companies: FCC Construcción, COMSA, Sacresa Terrenos Promoción, SL and Obrascón Huarte Lain.

The Nova Bocana area spans a surface of 9 hectares, and boasts an underground parking and numerous garden areas, leading up to the future Alzheimer’s Disease Research Centre and a new marina for yachts and super-yachts which will add itself to the Port and City facilities.
