From Ryan and Boris on Neutorgena 0500hrs Sunday am

Hello everyone.

It has been a cold night on Neutrogena.  We had very light airs at Cabo De
La Nal, changing from kite to Code 0 in a dead calm.  Happily a nice
westerly filled in shortly after, which has allowed us to make a lot of
distance down the track;  we are 30 miles to the east of Cartagena.

Interestingly, we have not seen another IMOCA since yesterday evening. On
AIS, we spotted Mirabaud about 7 miles ahead, and ROCA a bit to weather.

We are happy to see Mirabaud is so close, as that means we have gotten
some miles back, and are waiting for the schedule at 4 to see about the
leaders....

Yesterday evening, I was lucky enough to get a plate of Arroz Negro for
dinner, Boris and I have about 6 days of fresh food on board, and are
going to miss it when its gone...

Hopefully two things happen when the sun comes up:  First, that it gets a
bit warmer, and second, that the wind stays a while.
