Crazy winds, gone! ...Dee and Anna rolling on towards Gibraltar

A huge Congratulations to Jean Pierre Dick and Loick Peyron, the winning combination and also well done to Iker and Xabi who will finish today in a credible second place after an awesome job and a non stop circumnavigation. Of course when you see fellow competitors finish it makes you think of your own arrival but we try desperately to
concentrate on our sailing as we still have not reached Gibraltar yet.
In fact our last 24 hours has been plagued by crazy winds from  everywhere and being an average of four knots, making progress pretty tough.

It is only now as I type that we have a firm wind from just west of south to allow us to clear some miles. I hope that dawn shows us that this wind will stay and not be made to disappear with the presence of crazy clouds again for another 24 hours.
