Weather Forecast
Barcelona World Race
Issued 0300Z 25-MAR-2015
OVERVIEW: Both Neutrogena and GAES Centros Auditivos will be sailing upwind
more or less all the way to Gibraltar Strait. N/NE winds will generally be
increasing with time.
We Are Water and One Planet continue to sail northwest in unusually right-
shifted NNE trade winds. They should find the winds starting to veer in the
next 24 hours, allowing a somewhat more northerly course.
Renault Captur continues to reach relatively quickly north in the trade
winds off the Brazilian coast. However, they will likely reach the southern
doldrums boundary today, resulting in slowing progress as they must
negotiate lighter winds within the doldrums.
Spirit of Hungary continues to head northeast in order to avoid light and
variable conditions in closer to the Brazilian coast.
